Dusky blue and copper is such a pretty colour combination that is seriously underused, it’s sophisticated, stylish and such a great colour palette for Spring and Summer weddings. Adding touches of blush pink really adds to the romance and gives a lovely whimsical feel. The elegance of the copper touches doesn’t overshadow, but instead complements the dusky blue.
It can be overwhelming with all the ideas out there so try focussing on certain elements to bring the copper touches into – introducing copper into your stationery adds a modern, yet elegant feel; the copper coloured shoes bring a little bridal bling and that copper cutlery in this tablescape really ties the whole theme together. These touches complement but don’t take the focus away from the gorgeous dusky blue shade, and you still get a feeling of romance sophistication and luxury. My favourite element of this inspiration board is the geometric patterned cake – so stunning and it really adds a contemporary touch.
