To be honest, I’ve never been a huge fan of gin, unless in very small quantities mixed in cocktails.  But recently, I have been converted, to Pink Gin at least.  It has a refreshing taste of berries, as well as a little redcurrant which together gives it a beautiful blush pink colour.  It has the makings of a delicious cocktail when mixed with lemonade and prosecco, as well as other tasty combinations.  It’s the perfect way to kick-off your wedding drinks reception and works beautifully laid out on a gin station with different accompaniments so your guests can choose their flavours.  If Pink Gin isn’t your thing, there are a variety of different flavours to choose from too, I’m trying Rhubarb & Ginger Gin next!
