A wedding cake doesn’t have to be all about the tiers, and single tier cakes certainly don’t have to compromise on style or flavour.  For a unique alternative to the traditional multi-tier wedding cake, how about a single tier cake?  These babies are the perfect solution for something different, while still providing the ‘wow’ factor.

I love a table/dresser/trolley (so many display options) with a beautiful floral centrepiece positioned in the middle and the cakes dotted around it – as well as adding interest it’s another focal point where you can really let your creative juices flow.

I love this selection of single tier cake ideas, from marbling to sparkles, to naked, to flower decoration, I really can’t decide which one is my favourite – I think I would have to have one of each!
