Ribbon is one of my favourite details for a wedding, and for 2019 brides I don’t see it going anywhere. It’s a stylish and timeless accessory that can be featured in as many elements of your day as you like, from your wedding stationery, to your décor, shoes, bouquets – the possibilities are endless.

With so many different ribbon types to choose from too, natural and hand dyed, velvet, textured, silk, table runners -it is a versatile addition and perfect for a modern and elegant wedding day.

This inspiration board is one of my favourites, it features ribbon used in many elements of a wedding day, without being over the top but still telling a story of a sophisticated wedding.  From the beautifully tied napkins to the ribbon on the shoes, ceremony backdrop and metallic ribbon on the wedding cake, this board oozes romance and elegance.
